Packing and shipping

Paintings are packed with care in protective material and shipped insured with a tracked carrier. Shipping costs depend on size, weight and destination and are quoted in advance. Collection in Silvi (Teramo) is possible by arrangement.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes a few working days within Italy and the EU. Please ask for an estimate for other countries.

Returns

For purchases by consumers in the EU the statutory right of withdrawal applies. Please contact Christian within 14 days of receiving the painting if you wish to return it. The painting must be returned in the same condition, in suitable packaging. Custom commissions made to your specification are excluded from withdrawal as far as the law allows.

Damage in transit

If a painting arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damage and contact us immediately.
